I have often heard this when I have helped identify the central theme of a text and untangel it, so the message is not hidden in a tangled web of technical jargon and convoluted sentences.

My specialty is building bridges between expertise and understanding.

I have been working in communications for more than 20 years. The common thread has always been helping people who know a lot translate their work into something that is easy for others to understand.

 

But can't AI do that?

AI is a really good assistant. Also for communication tasks. But it doesn't know your context. It doesn't understand your target audience. And it doesn't see the professional and strategic nuances either.

That is where I come in.
